Our company is UK based and we are VAT registered. All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT. VAT will be shown on all invoices along with our VAT number.
You will be prompted to pay for your order once you have completed checkout. We accept all major debit and credit cards. We use Stripe as our online payment system which means we have no access to your card payment details. We are also able to accept bank transfer and card payments over the phone. If your payment has been declined, please double check all your details are entered correctly and try again. If you continue to have issues, please contact your card issuer.
Payment will be taken immediately. We cannot accept any orders until the payment has been processed in full.
Orders can be cancelled at any time up until 14 days after placing your order. You must email us with your full name, address, order number and invoice number. Email – email@example.com. If your delivery has not been dispatched, we will cancel your order and process your refund. If you have received your order you will need to return the order to us, this will incur a fee. Please see all details on our returns and deliveries page.
When you have chosen your goods and added them to your basket, you will have an option to collect from our warehouse.
We deliver to mainland UK. Not all products are available for nationwide delivery. Some of our products are only available for collection or local delivery (20 mile radius of NG23 7HX) Please see our delivery page for more information. We offer free nationwide delivery on all our products we are able to ship.
Once you place your order you will be updated on an estimated delivery time. Most of the Cobra, EGO and Billy Goat products are available for next day delivery if the order is placed before 2pm Monday – Thursday. Please see the delivery page for more information on all of our products.
From time to time our products will go out of stock. If this happens, we will be in contact straight away to let you know. We will have spoken to the supplier to get an estimated delivery date. If this date is not suitable, we will help to find an alternative product that is in stock, if this is not possible then a full refund will be issued.
If the order hasn’t been processed and shipped, we will be able to arrange a specific day for delivery. Please note all delivery days are estimated and are dependent on the courier. If you need to specify a certain delivery day you can do so by contacting us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling our sales team on 01522779110. We try our best to accommodate all request, but we cannot make any guarantees about the exact date your product will be with you.
It is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of shipment on returns of non-faulty goods. You can arrange the courier yourself or we can arrange a courier for you. Your refund will then be processed within 14 days of receiving the item.
The product can be returned to us within 14 days of the order being placed at your cost. If the product has been used, we will access the product and deduct and monies for wear and tear and then process your refund. If you wish to choose another product, we will be more than happy to advise on what product would be more suitable.
You will receive an email request from google reviews within 28 days of receiving your item. We request you review the product and the service. These reviews really help people who are looking to buy. Occasional there may be a factory fault on a product, if you let us know via email email@example.com or call our technical team on 01522779110 we will be able to resolve the issue. You can request a review link in which we can send via text message or email, or you can simply find us on google and leave a review.
We service most makes and models of garden machinery. There are many products on the market that are non-descript and we may struggle to find replacement parts, if required. If this is the case, we will discuss this with you.
We offer a local collection and delivery service. These are priced based on location. We will discuss collection and delivery costs upon booking your machine in. For all bookings, please call 01522779110.
We carry a wide variety of stock at our premises in Girton, this is open to the public Monday-Friday and Saturday mornings. We do not hold all stock that is available on our website so please contact us before travelling to us if there is something specific you would like to look at. Our team will be happy to advise on what machine is best suitable for you and your needs.
We stock a large variety of spare parts for many different makes and models of garden machinery. If we do not have an item in stock we are able to order them in for you. We offer delivery on parts.
